Dr. Mark E. Kalchthaler obtained an Associate degree in radiologic technology from the Community College of Allegheny County followed by a Bachelor of Science in radiologic technology from LaRoche College.  He worked as a radiologic technologist prior to and during dental school.  Dr. Kalchthaler received his dental medical doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1998 and was inducted by his instructors into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon academic honor society.  He then completed a two year endodontic residency at the University of Pittsburgh and was awarded a certificate in endodontics in 2000.  Prior to relocating to Maryville, Dr. Kalchthaler practiced conventional, surgical and microscopic endodontics in the Boston area for the past ten years. 

Dr. Kalchthaler,and his two boys are very excited to be living in Maryville.  Dr. Kalchthaler's interests include outdoor family time, especially exploring new places with his  boys.  He also enjoys trail riding his KTM motorcycle, home remodeling, mechanical/autobody repair, and golfing.

Dr. Derek A. Gaudry earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He accepted a commission as an officer for the United States Army in 2001 and attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis as a recipient of an F.Edward Hebert Armed forces health profession scholarship. He earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2005 and served as a general dentist at Ft. Campbell KY until 2012. While stationed at Ft. Campbell, Dr. Gaudry completed a one year tour of duty in Afghanistan assigned to the 101st Airborne Division in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Dr. Gaudry completed his Endodontic specialty training at Eisenhower Medical Center at Ft. Gordon, GA. Most recently, he provided specialty care for Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines at Joint Base Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Dr. Gaudry is dedicated to providing compassionate quality Endodontic care.

Dr. Gaudry and his wife Angie are happy to return to TN following their adventures with the Army. They met during high school and have two adult children (Bailey and Aidan) who graduated from Rossview High School in Clarksville, TN.

Dr. Gaudry and his family have been fans of the Nashville Predators and attending games since moving to TN in 2005. They also enjoy spending time at the beach.

Serena has 30 years of Management experience in the healthcare industry. She serves our needs maintaining the day to day business activities, financials, and supervision of staff with direction. Her focus is on meeting the individual needs of our patients and staff. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.      

Emilee serves our patients with clinical care and as a digital imaging expert. She is responsible for organizing and ordering the office dental supplies. She also specializes in quality performance as front office team member. She is cross trained to be utilized in all areas of our practice. Emilee is married with one child. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in out door activities with her husband.

Tori provides outstanding care to meet the needs of our patients and staff. She is an expert in digital imaging and excels in clinical care. She enjoys working out, eating Chick-Fil-A and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys activities with her church.

Lindsey enjoys working in the dental field providing excellent care to our patients. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her boyfriend and family. We enjoy Lindsey cooking for the office and making her special salsa.   

Sara has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She provides outstanding patient care and brings a passion for those in need. Her years of being in the field are an inspiration and encouragement for the staff starting out in the dental field. She enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her husband and son.
