I have been directed to Dr. Durand for possible root canal procedures twice by my dentist, Dr. Spencer. The first time I was surprised and pleased when Dr. Durand told me he felt after my exam. He felt I did not require a root canal. My friends said that in their experience if you went for an exam you were always told by the doctors they saw that the procedure was necessary! Apparently, Dr. Durand is to be considered the exception who truly puts the patients needs first! This time I was having considerable pain and after the exam he sat down with me and explained that he felt it would be in my best interests. All of you and the doctor were very professional, efficient and kind. I had heard so many horror stories about the procedure that I was very nervous but everyone made sure to make me comfortable and at ease. This evening even though I just had it done this afternoon I feel less pain than I did before it was done! And just in case I was having trouble the doctor just called me to ask if everything was OK. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and concern I don't know how to explain it. Thanks so much and God bless you all.

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of care needed. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.  Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1,500 per tooth and payment is due in full at the time of service.

A 5% savings is offered to patients who pay in full with check or cash.  We also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and DiscoverCard.

We also work with CareCredit which offers up to 6 months financing for those approved.  Please see for more information and to get authorization. 

Dental Insurance:  As a courtesy to you we submit claims for you to your insurance carrier.  Your insurance may fail to pay in full because of a non-covered service, the fee exceeds the usual or customary, clerical errors, dropped coverage, or for other reasons.  Any amount not paid within 30 days from the date of service is payable from you.  Unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% interest charge (18% per year).

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged a $75.00 fee. Same fee will apply to any no show appointments.
