Dr. K was personable, professional and answered ALL my questions about the procedure. He was a great help in making my decision. Appointments were accurate with no wait time. Every step of the process from making appointments, to directions and aftercare exceeded expectations. AND, the work he did on my tooth went smoothly with a successful outcome

Dreaded the procedure, like most people - but it was a breeze. A professional staff was the first thing I noticed. No pain whatsoever; Dr. K explained everything he was doing throughout the process, which was very helpful in alleviating stress. Add to that the fact that Dr. K called me personally to see how I was doing at 8:30 pm that evening - not a staff member but the Dr. himself. Never seen that before, ever - this was a great experience

Dr. Gaudry was excellent. He explained in detail (I like that) what he was doing and what to expect. Very happy with this experience.

They are SO nice there. Dr. K answered every one of my questions, even the silly ones. He has a wonderful, calming manner, and a good sense of humor.

Excellent patient care. Dr K explained each step of the procedure as he was working. His Tech Torie was very good too. Dr K called me at night after the procedure just to check on me. Highly recommended for any and all of your Endo work!!

Office was able to get me in quickly, Dr. Gaudry fully explained entire process and options, very professional and thorough thru procedure, pain management was exceptional for entire procedure. Add on the fact that this physician served our country proudly, a team that can't be beat! Entire office staff/ancillary staff were exceptional!

The experience in your office was fantastic.  Everyone was helpful and pleasant.  I can say that I do not like having a root canal, but the experience there makes it much better.  I appreciate the professionalism of each and every person in the office.  Dr. Gaudry is wonderful and very courteous and professional.  His calm and quiet demeanor puts you at ease.  The flowers are a nice touch too!

I have been directed to Dr. Durand for possible root canal procedures twice by my dentist, Dr. Spencer. The first time I was surprised and pleased when Dr. Durand told me he felt after my exam. He felt I did not require a root canal. My friends said that in their experience if you went for an exam you were always told by the doctors they saw that the procedure was necessary! Apparently, Dr. Durand is to be considered the exception who truly puts the patients needs first! This time I was having considerable pain and after the exam he sat down with me and explained that he felt it would be in my best interests. All of you and the doctor were very professional, efficient and kind. I had heard so many horror stories about the procedure that I was very nervous but everyone made sure to make me comfortable and at ease. This evening even though I just had it done this afternoon I feel less pain than I did before it was done! And just in case I was having trouble the doctor just called me to ask if everything was OK. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and concern I don't know how to explain it. Thanks so much and God bless you all.

I am writing to briefly but sincerely thank you for what did in assisting me when I came in to have my root canal done back in May. I feel as though I have a brand new tooth! Your workmanship was so outstanding that I never needed any post-op pain relief, and after the first week, even the biting down discomfort was gone.

What you taught me about my teeth and my destructive lifestyle habits during those two visits doubtless spared me many times more the greif and expense further down the road and will stay with me for life. I haven't purchased even one Hall's cough drop since that time and have made some other necessary changes as well.

I was very impressed.  I felt like I was in a spa except "for the shots".  But that couldn't be helped!  It was the best dental office I've ever been in!!  Loved the follow-up calls!  I've never had a dentist call to check on me that night and the next day!
