I have been directed to Dr. Durand for possible root canal procedures twice by my dentist, Dr. Spencer. The first time I was surprised and pleased when Dr. Durand told me he felt after my exam. He felt I did not require a root canal. My friends said that in their experience if you went for an exam you were always told by the doctors they saw that the procedure was necessary! Apparently, Dr. Durand is to be considered the exception who truly puts the patients needs first! This time I was having considerable pain and after the exam he sat down with me and explained that he felt it would be in my best interests. All of you and the doctor were very professional, efficient and kind. I had heard so many horror stories about the procedure that I was very nervous but everyone made sure to make me comfortable and at ease. This evening even though I just had it done this afternoon I feel less pain than I did before it was done! And just in case I was having trouble the doctor just called me to ask if everything was OK. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and concern I don't know how to explain it. Thanks so much and God bless you all.

I am writing to briefly but sincerely thank you for what did in assisting me when I came in to have my root canal done back in May. I feel as though I have a brand new tooth! Your workmanship was so outstanding that I never needed any post-op pain relief, and after the first week, even the biting down discomfort was gone.

What you taught me about my teeth and my destructive lifestyle habits during those two visits doubtless spared me many times more the greif and expense further down the road and will stay with me for life. I haven't purchased even one Hall's cough drop since that time and have made some other necessary changes as well.
